Navigon is selling their navigation app for the iPhone at a big discount to celebrate their new version.  Regularly $79.99, this app is now selling for just $49.99 for a limited time.  It's the highest rated navigation app according to Macworld.  You can also get real-time traffic for life for $24.99, which is unlike the annual subscriptions that competitors like TomTom charge.
