Amazon.com dropped its price for Apple's new operating system. Amazon is now the cheapest place to get this upgrade:
- Single user license: $24.99 (vs. $29 plus tax at the Apple Store)
- Family pack (5 users): $43.99 (vs. $49 plus tax at the Apple Store)
If you bought a Mac after June 8, you should be able to get the upgrade for just $10. If you don't have Amazon Prime, you'll need to pay for shipping or spend a penny more at Amazon. Consider buying VMWare Fusion 2, which lets you run Windows on your Mac, for $22.49 after a $10 rebate.
