PayPal wants you to use your PayPal account to pay for stuff, so they periodically offer discounts to entice you. The most notable discounts are $20 off $65 at Drugstore.com and $20 off $50 at ShoeBuy. Don't worry about the weird URL in the 1st link...the site is a genuine PayPal site that tells you how to get your discount (and it also earns them a commission for your transaction).
