All-Clad non-stick frying pan for $100

Williams Sonoma has steeply discounted All-Clad non-stick frying pans with lids: the 12" is on sale for $100 and the 10" going for $80.  Compare this with the regular prices of $207 and $163.  This is an even better deal than the Amazon deal in February because these are non-stick (usually about 30% more) and include the lid.  Shipping is steep ~$15, so you might want to buy this on in stores.
