Restaurant.com sells gift certificates to local restaurants at a discounted price.  For example, you can buy a $25 gift certificate for $10.  With the coupon code SAVINGS, you get an additional 50% off, so you can get a $25 gift certificate for $5.  There is a catch.  You have to dine after 1am.  Just kidding.  There is a catch, though -- usually there are some restrictions (e.g. minimum number of entrees), but it's still a pretty good deal.  The selection of restaurants isn't very broad, but usually you can find one or two that you normally go to.
